Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 October 2026
1. Subject matter and service provider
These Terms govern access to and use of Faber Ramp - a cloud software service (SaaS) for planning and booking loading and unloading time slots at warehouse ramps and logistics centres (the "Service").
The Service is provided by Faber Opus, company ID (ЕИК) 208821855, with registered office at 57A Kazbek St., Sofia, Bulgaria, contact email support@faber-ramp.com (the "Provider", "we").
By registering an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. The Service is intended primarily for business customers (B2B) - warehouses, manufacturers and their carriers.
2. Registration and accounts
An account in the Service (tenant) is created through self-serve registration at the /signup page - a company name and an email address are enough. The system automatically creates the dedicated tenant with a subdomain derived from the company name, the first administrator account and an active free Dock subscription, then sends a sign-in link to the email you gave. The administrator manages its employees' accounts and grants access to the warehouse's carriers and business partners.
Sign-in after registration, as well as sign-in for carriers and the warehouse's customers, is done via a one-time sign-in link (magic link) sent to the relevant email - no password.
You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for actions performed through it. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately.
3. The Dock plan - free, no time limit
The Dock plan is free - EUR 0 per month, with no time limit and no payment card required. It is activated automatically upon registration (see "Registration and accounts" above).
The paid plans (Terminal and Hub) are charged from the moment you explicitly choose such a plan. We currently do not offer a time-limited free trial, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing - the free option is the Dock plan itself, the same for every customer and without any time limit.
The Dock plan does not convert automatically into a paid subscription - while you are on it we collect no payment card details and nothing is owed unless you explicitly choose a paid plan. If a paid subscription is terminated or left unpaid, adding new bookings to the Service is restricted until a plan is activated; your already-entered data remains available to view.
Retention and deletion of your data after a subscription ends are described in the Privacy Policy (/privacy) and in the "Termination and data deletion" section below.
4. Subscription plans and pricing
The Service is offered in the following plans. Ramps and users are unlimited in every plan - the difference is the number of sites, the monthly volume of trucks serviced and the included features:
Billing runs on calendar months and always starts on the 1st. If a paid plan is activated mid-month, the first period is prorated - you pay only for the days left in the current month, and the next full period starts on the 1st of the following month.
The monthly volumes stated above are indicative and are not a restriction on use. They are measured as the number of trucks serviced in the month the slot falls in - cancelled reservations are not counted, no-shows are - and exceeding them does not stop or block new bookings. Exceeding them is not charged separately; if you regularly exceed them, we will suggest a larger plan.
- Dock - free, no time limit (EUR 0): 1 site, an indicative volume of 600 trucks serviced per month per site; calendar, customer portal with passwordless booking and notifications; activated automatically upon registration, no payment card;
- Terminal - EUR 199 per month: up to 2 sites, an indicative volume of 2,000 trucks serviced per month per site; everything in Dock, plus the gate screen and advanced analytics;
- Hub - from EUR 249 per month for the first 3 sites: everything in Terminal for every site, plus waybill OCR (EUR 249 for the first 3 sites and EUR 59 for each additional one, an indicative volume of 2,000 trucks serviced per month per site).
5. Payment, VAT and price changes
Prices are in euro (EUR) and are final. The Provider is not registered for VAT under the Bulgarian VAT Act and does not charge VAT; invoices are issued on the basis of Art. 113(9) of the Bulgarian VAT Act.
Annual prepayment for the Terminal or Hub plan carries a 20% discount off the monthly price. The Dock plan is free and the discount does not apply to it.
Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and do not affect a period already prepaid.
6. Referral programme
If you recommend Faber Ramp to another company and it activates a paid subscription, the referrer receives a credit equal to 20% of every payment made by the referred customer - for as long as they remain a customer. The referred customer pays the standard prices; the programme grants them no discount.
Credits are applied against the referrer's next payments due and are not redeemable for cash. The Provider may refuse to grant them in case of abuse (e.g. fictitious registrations).
7. User obligations and acceptable use
When using the Service you undertake to:
- provide accurate, up-to-date information and keep it so;
- not access or attempt to access other parties' data or the Provider's systems without authorisation;
- not run vulnerability tests, load tests or automated data scraping without prior written consent;
- not resell or sublicense access to the Service to third parties without our consent;
- not upload unlawful content or data you have no right to process;
- comply with applicable Bulgarian and EU law.
8. Intellectual property
The software, design, trademarks and all content of the Service belong to the Provider or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for the duration of your subscription.
Data that you and your business partners enter or upload into the Service (bookings, waybills, registers) remains your property.
9. Availability, support and SLA
We take due care to keep the Service continuously available, but we do not guarantee a specific availability level (SLA). Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
The level of commitment depends on the plan. On the paid plans (Terminal and Hub) we make priority efforts to keep the Service running, announce planned maintenance in advance and handle support requests with priority. On the free Dock plan the Service is provided as is - continuous 24/7 availability is not guaranteed, maintenance and temporary limitations may apply without prior notice, and support is on a best-effort basis.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Provider's aggregate liability under or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
The Provider is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory provisions of Bulgarian law.
11. Personal data
The processing of personal data in connection with the Service is described in the Privacy Policy, available at /privacy.
For business customers a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) under Article 28 GDPR is concluded on request.
12. Termination and data deletion
You may terminate your subscription at any time, with effect at the end of the current prepaid period. The Provider may terminate the contract for a material breach of these Terms, after inviting you to remedy it within a reasonable period.
After termination your data is made available for export on request within 30 days, after which it is deleted unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
13. Right of withdrawal and online dispute resolution
If you use the Service as a consumer within the meaning of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. Since the Dock plan is free and requires no payment, withdrawing from it has no financial consequences.
For business customers (B2B) the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.
The European Commission operates an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Consumers may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg).
14. Changes to these Terms
The Provider may amend these Terms, notifying customers by email or via a message in the Service before the amendments take effect.
Continued use after the amendments take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you may terminate the contract before that date.
15. Governing law and disputes
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Bulgarian law, including the Obligations and Contracts Act (ЗЗД) and the Electronic Commerce Act (ЗЕТ).
Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court at the Provider's seat in Sofia.
