Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the site recognise you on the next visit - for example so you stay signed in or your chosen language is remembered.

2. Which cookies we use

Faber Ramp uses strictly necessary cookies - ones without which the service cannot work - plus one functional cookie for the partner programme, set only if you open a partner link. The full list is:

The sign-in cookies are set only on the respective customer's address (e.g. your-company.faber-ramp.com) after a successful sign-in - the public site does not set them.

On the /signup registration form and on the email sign-in link page (/login/email-link) the Cloudflare Turnstile check always loads; on password sign-in only after failed attempts. It is a security measure (strictly necessary) and may use Cloudflare's own local storage for the duration of the check.

If you open the site through a partner link (an address with ?ref=CODE), we store the code in the faber_ref cookie for 30 days so that a registration you make can be attributed to the partner who recommended us. It is set only on the public site, is not shared with third parties and is not used for tracking. The partner sees the registered company's name and subscription status. You can remove the code on the registration form ("Remove referral") or by deleting the cookie in your browser; after a successful registration we delete it ourselves.

3. Analytics and marketing cookies

We use no analytics, statistics or advertising cookies, and no third-party cookies. There is no Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or any other tool that tracks individual visitors or serves ads on the site or in the application. The faber_ref cookie does not track you: it holds only a partner code and is read only by the registration form.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregated visit statistics. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not track individual visitors across sites. It collects only aggregated data: page views, referrer, country and device type.

If we ever add any, we will update this policy in advance and will not activate them without your explicit consent via the banner.

4. How you manage your consent

On your first visit to the public site the cookie banner lets you accept all, reject all or configure your choice by category - the two options are entirely equal.

You can change your choice at any time via the "Change cookie settings" button at the end of this page. Deleting the faber_cookie_consent cookie will also show the banner again.

5. How to delete cookies in your browser

All modern browsers let you view and delete cookies in their settings:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data;
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data;
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data;
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
  • Note: deleting the strictly necessary cookies will sign you out of the system.

Cookies on this site

We use strictly necessary cookies - for signing in, remembering your language and remembering this choice. Only if you open a partner link do we also store the partner's code for 30 days. We use no analytics or advertising cookies. For aggregated visit statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics - no cookies and no tracking of individual visitors. More in the Cookie Policy.
