A small studio, one product, done properly
Faber Ramp is built by Faber Opus - a software studio in Sofia. We make one product and answer for it personally.
Who we are
Faber Opus is a small software studio in Sofia. We don't chase ten products at once and we don't run on investor fuel - we build Faber Ramp and look after its customers.
The small team is our advantage: the person who answers your email is the person who writes the code.
Why this product
The queue at the ramp is an old, expensive and surprisingly unsolved problem for mid-size warehouses in the region. The big systems are out of reach - in price, in language and in the way they are sold. Excel and the phone are free, but cost the most.
We built the tool that was missing: simple enough to go live in about 2 hours; serious enough to survive a real yard with real trucks; and speaking the language of the people at the ramp.
What we believe
Self-service
A product that requires a salesperson, a demo call and a three-month contract is not a product. You sign up, you try, you decide.
Honest pricing
Public prices, final amounts, cancel any time. No "on request".
Carriers never pay
Never, for anything. The warehouse carries the cost; the whole chain gets the benefit.
